Qudos Bank Arena drop-off: the Northern Foyer entry
The arena is on the corner of Olympic Boulevard and Edwin Flack Avenue, about 17 km west of the Sydney CBD according to the venue. Its location page lists a dedicated drop-off point for hire cars and limousines outside the Northern Foyer Entry, with entry off Edwin Flack Avenue, which is where a pre-booked private car like ours belongs. For taxis, Transport for NSW event pages list the nearest rank on Herb Elliott Avenue.
The arena also warns guests to allow extra time because other major events may be on in the precinct at the same time. When the stadium next door is busy too, roads can be closed or changed at short notice, so your chauffeur will confirm the drop-off and pickup point with you on the day.
Taxi to Qudos Bank Arena on a double-event night
Some nights the whole of Sydney Olympic Park is full. Sydney.com's concert listings show Joji at the arena on Saturday 14 November 2026, the same night Accor Stadium hosts Robbie Williams next door. Transport for NSW lists Khalid at Afterpay Arena on Friday 13 November 2026, with doors at 6:30pm, a 7:30pm start and a 10:30pm finish.
On a night like 14 November, tens of thousands of people head into the same few streets at once. Our advice:
- Arrive early; doors usually open an hour or so before the first act.
- Book your return at the same time as your drop-off, because cars are in short supply on double nights.
- Expect the first 15 to 20 minutes after the show to be slow on the roads leaving the precinct, and plan a meeting point that avoids the heaviest crowd.

Qudos Bank Arena transfers for groups and families
Arena shows bring out families with teenagers, groups of friends and office outings. A Maxi 7 seats up to 6 passengers and a Maxi 11 seats up to 11, so nobody has to split off or find their own way home. If you are bringing younger children to a family show, we fit a capsule, forward-facing seat or booster for A$10 each; book them in advance so the right seats are in the car. See our family transfers page for more.
Base fares start at A$70 for a sedan, A$80 for an SUV, A$90 for a Maxi 7 and A$110 for a Maxi 11, and longer trips are priced on distance. You always see the full fixed price before you confirm.
After the show: your pre-booked pickup
The arena says trains run every 10 minutes between Lidcombe and Olympic Park from 5am to 11:55pm, with possible extensions depending on finish times. That works well on the way in. On the way out, the platform queue after a sold-out show can be long, and the trains still only take you as far as the network goes.
With SkyMiles, your chauffeur is waiting at the agreed meeting point near the precinct. Call or message them as you leave your seat, walk out with the crowd for a few minutes and get in. You go straight to your door, whether that is Parramatta, Cronulla or a CBD hotel. Need two stops for different friends? Tell us when you book and we include them in the fixed fare.
From Sydney Airport to Qudos Bank Arena
Flying in for a show? The arena is about 20 km by road from T1 International, usually around 25 to 35 minutes off-peak and longer in weekday peak traffic. Your chauffeur tracks your flight, meets you in arrivals and loads your bags, and the A$12 airport pickup charge is already in your fixed price. If you are staying near the park, see our Sydney Olympic Park airport transfers page for the fare table; if you are flying home the morning after, book that trip too and we will collect you from your hotel.
Should I drive and park instead?
You can. The arena encourages drivers to pre-book parking, which opens up to 24 hours before the event starts. But parking still means a slow queue out of the car park when the show ends, and somebody in the group cannot have a drink. A private transfer gives you a fixed cost for everyone, no designated driver and no hunt for your car in a multi-level park at 11pm. For the stadium next door, see our Accor Stadium transfers page.

The venue has a dedicated hire-car and limousine drop-off outside the Northern Foyer Entry, entered off Edwin Flack Avenue. We confirm the exact point on the day in case of event road changes.
