What we need to book a visitor’s car

Booking for someone else is simple. Send us the traveller’s full name as it should appear on the name sign, their mobile number, flight number and arrival date, the exact building and street address (and level or reception if it matters), and who should receive the confirmation. If the visitor is flying out the same day, include the meeting end time so we can schedule the return with a sensible margin. We confirm every booking in writing with the fixed fare, and the chauffeur’s details are sent before pickup. If plans change, a call or email is all it takes to move the time.
