Booking & Confirmations
All bookings with SKYMILES receive an SMS or email confirmation including reference number, pickup address, pickup time, and vehicle details. Please review your confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any details are incorrect.

Changes to Booking
Requests to change booking details (pickup time, address, vehicle type, passenger count, or stops) are subject to availability. Changes made after driver dispatch may be treated as a new booking and may affect the final fare.

Right to Refuse or Cancel
SKYMILES reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if vehicles are unavailable, booking details are inaccurate, or passenger behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.

Fare Estimates & Pricing
We provide upfront fare estimates based on distance, time, or fixed pricing where applicable. Estimates must be accepted prior to trip commencement. Additional stops, excess luggage, or additional passengers may result in fare adjustments.

Passenger Service Levy & Charges
Any applicable government levies, tolls, waiting charges, or statutory fees may be added to the fare in accordance with local regulations.

Payments
Accepted payment methods include secure online payment links, card payments via phone, cash to the driver, or card payments to the driver (where terminals are available). Prepaid bookings must be paid before confirmation. Receipts are provided upon request.

Toll Charges
Toll charges are not always included in quoted fares and will be added if toll roads are used. Customers may request toll-free routes, which may increase travel time.

Waiting Time Policy
A grace period applies at pickup locations. After the grace period, waiting charges may apply. Please inform SKYMILES in advance if delays are expected to minimize additional charges.

No-show Policy
If a passenger fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location and does not contact SKYMILES, the booking may be marked as a no-show and the full fare may be charged. Prepaid bookings may not be eligible for refunds.

Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must provide accurate booking details, be ready within the pickup grace period, secure luggage properly, request special requirements (child seats, wheelchair access) in advance, and comply with all seatbelt and road safety laws.

Passenger Conduct & Safety
Passengers must treat drivers respectfully and follow all safety instructions. Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, illegal substances, abusive or violent behaviour are strictly prohibited. Drivers may terminate trips for unsafe conduct, and full charges may apply.

Lost Items
Passengers are responsible for checking the vehicle before exit. If items are lost, contact SKYMILES with trip details. Recovery is not guaranteed and return or delivery fees may apply.

Our Responsibility & Limitations
SKYMILES aims to provide licensed drivers, appropriate vehicles, and accurate estimates. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control, nor for indirect losses such as missed flights or events.

Force Majeure
SKYMILES shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, road closures, or public emergencies.

Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version published on the SKYMILES website applies to all future bookings.

Refunds & Cancellation
Refund and cancellation conditions are outlined in our Refund Policy. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period provided prior to pickup time.
